Debbie Berg is the owner and President of WebDeb Productions, Inc. As a Web designer, a Web design instructor and a technical writer, Debbie has 11 years of experience using cutting-edge programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe ImageReady, and several years of experience using Web authoring tools like Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft FrontPage. Macromedia Flash, Director and Fireworks are also among Debbie's list of favorite tools. 

Debbie received her bachelor's degree in technical writing from the University of South Florida, located in Tampa, Florida. In addition to designing Web pages and training thousands on Web-related topics, Debbie uses her technical writing skills to develop Web-related training materials for National Seminars, Inc., one of the nation's leading training companies. Debbie also authors several e-learning tools for LearnKey, Inc. A Brief History

In 1993, Debbie was a Research Analyst for Sirs, Inc., a well-known publishing company in Boca Raton, Florida, where she used her writing and research skills to help re-publish printed materials for educational use in various public schools and universities. She then made her way into graphic design by teaching herself how to scan and color-correct images that were re-published as educational materials on CD-ROM. Promoted to middle-management, Debbie supervised a CD-ROM Graphics Department and was responsible for creating thousands of images used on five different educational CD-ROM programs.

In 1995, Debbie used her graphic design skills to make her way into Web design. She taught herself both HTML and Web design principles and put her first Web site into cyberspace. She has been designing Web graphics and Web sites since 1996. In 1997, Debbie started teaching evening Web Design classes for the Adult Education community, and has remained one of the few educators to teach Web Design, FrontPage and Flash courses for the Adult Education community in Broward County, Florida.

Memberships

Debbie believes in taking an active role in her community. She is a member of the the ISPI—South Florida Gold Coast Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement, and she's also a member of the Palm Beaches Chapter of the STC—Society for Technical Communication. Debbie has conducted various workshops for local STC members since 2002 and she's spoken at several chapter meetings.

Today

For 10 years, Debbie has trained thousands of individuals and hundreds of companies how to use Web design, graphic design and business applications.
